Abstract
The relationship between anaphylaxis and various cardiovascular abnomalities has been-recognized since 1910. Since that time, many authors have reported various electrocardiographic aberrations associated with anapylaxis. At present, exact
mechanism of
electrocardiographic change associated with anaphylaxis is unclear. Recently there was a case of nearly fatal cardiovascular collapse and markedly ST segment elevation arrival at ER, there was marked ST elevation on ECG monitoring with urticaria,
flushing, chest pain and hypotension. One hour after administration of antihistamine, storoid and epinephrine, ST elevation was normalized. He recovered normal cardiovascular function and discharged on his foot.
